Ram and Rain poor service

****ed up pathetic service ever. I have not received my Rain Sim till today of which It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 11 June , i had to keep on calling them to make arrangements for Friday 14 June and I have to be at work whilst off duty in order to receive the card, I waited the whole day while they kept on lying to me,,,,,, guess what??? At 18h00 they told me that they wouldn't deliver. The last agent I spoke with just dropped my call it shows that she did not get proper training. She was quick to cancel my delivery
