Rainy days with rain

Truth be told, when it comes to your services you provide ****py service. You remind me of ANC. I have been begging for you guys to send me another router or fix the connection issues… it’s the festive and I am still struggling with internet connectivity. Month end you take full payment as if you good at providing a service. It’s shame. We really work hard for our money.. the least that you can do is put some effort into providing a service. Not everything can be done telephonically. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.
