Rain...the worst service provider ever

Well it is now officially the worst I have had from Rain. I opened a ticket with issues i had almost a month ago. I called in to ask if there is any way to improve the speed of my 4G, which currently is at about 0.97mbps download speed with a latency at 419ms. Rain sent me insteuctions on configuring my router which i did but it did not help anything. I called about 40 times already only to hear that they will escalate it to the networks department. I have since not been called and there is no joy from Rain. They just keep telling me the same story of escalation and that is as far as it goes. I have not once since last year February had any good experience with rain and i think that they are the worst service provider wrt network data solutions. They do not provide unlimited uncapped 4G internet because i am disconnected most of the time no matter which area. I dont have 4G strenght or speed, i honestly think edge is faster that what i get from rain. I will be moving to another service provider
