Rain...the worst

I have installed Rain about 3 weeks ago and i am unable to connect to the internet. I have sent over 20 emails, only to receive a standard response that they will contact me. Nothing is happening and they don't have any telephonic details. I am desperate as i have cancelled my last provider. Can anyone assist me ...pleas
