Rain"service and support is sub par

It' been 2 weeks siince I pai for 5G basic router. The CCD couriees delivered the wrong parcel a week later later they dilivered the router and sim.

Its 48 hours now and I still dont have internert.

Useless support, uneducaret to do there work.

Raim has horrible sevice.

I ezpecr my money back for time missed or Ill sell the router to recoup my losses.
