I've been struggling with rain for the past 3 months to change my wifi password on the router I called and they told me about a few methods and it hasn't worked and they told me they would put me through rain call center they haven't reached out ever since they said they will escalate the matter but they haven't done that I don't want Mickey mouse operation you are running this is the worst service provider I have ever used I'm completely unhappy with your service over something so simple as changing a wifi password
