RAIN's worse than pathetic service

Rain is going to lose business if they continue with their pathetic service. I logged a ticket with them exactly a week ago regarding network coverage in my area. No one bothered to come back to me until some Lorenzo Chetty rep**** to me saying the reason I could not be assisted is because I didn't provide all the required info(physical address, ID number, SIM Card number, Model of device I'm using), mind you it was the first time the info was required from me. Fine I submitted all except for my ID number and still no response and still no network coverage. I want to tell them now that I'm not going to pay them for the month of December. I cannot pay for a service that I did not receive.
