Rain's uprofessional service
My name is Gift Nkosi, cellphone number ***. I'm a Rain network customer and I've not had network since yesterday (18.04.2024) up to today with no explanation whatsoever. I have paid my premium in full the past month. I'm not in arrears at all. This is not happening for the first time on me. I don't understand the reason why. Poor unprofessional service by Rain. It's just madness!
