RAIN'S UNKEPT PROMISES
Since I made a review about Rain they promised to look into my matter with them, but till today, they are still regularly accessing my bank account . They haven't even contacted me about the progress of my complaint.

20 Dec 2025, 18:22Continuous access to my bank account is tarnishing my credit score as everytime you find no money the bank add charges. Why don't you stick to the agreed date of the 26th of every month. If I don't pay on that date it means that I don't have funds or money to pay the subscription. Secondly, Why do you bill me for service that I didn't receive due to non payment. My subscription is on a pay to get services basis, not a contractual term agreement.
