Rain's unending debit order/****************

I was initially on the 3g plan which was not so effective eventually switched to 5g which has never worked, I logged calls multiple times which took them forever to resolve, eventually they brought a technician to come and extend the 5g plan, after he left it stopped working, he came again to fix it after he left again it stopped working, I eventually got tired and moved back to the 3g plan, they came and took the 5g router, it's been 5 months now they are still charging me for the 5g that no longer works and the 3g that still sucks. I logged multiple calls asking them to cancel everything because I want nothing to do with them, they only canceled the 3g plan which is cheaper and the 5g plan is still active which was suppose to have been deactivated 5 months ago. They keep apologizing and telling me that they will sort it out when I call them till today. I want my money back.
