RAIN'S UNCONTACTABILITY NOT A FIRST GOOD IMPRESSION ...
Why is it literally impossible to get hold of RAIN ISP? I mean, for a relatively new entrant into the market, one would expect their logo, slogan AND CONTACT DETAILS to be splashed around anywhere and everywhere ... nut, no! I have now found five different contact numbers/e-mail addresses for RAIN. I want to do business with them, but I cannot get hold of them. RAIN, if you are still there, please contact me. I want to spend my money not with Vodacom, not MTN, not CELL C, not MWEB, but with YOU ... Please come and take my money ... I need you to contact me!

There is no telephone number on your site. Also, no e-mail address on your site. Most companies offer *** or *** or .... Please supply me with a telephone number or e-mail address for your company. If this is the help/service pre-sale, what will it be post-sale?
