Rains ****ty Customer Service

Why does rain take money from people who don't have accounts with them. WHY WHY

I have called Rain numerous times regarding an issue that is causing me to want to go publicly with this problem .I am getting NO HELP from Rain regarding this issue.

I had ***** done on my account. An amount was take from my personal bank account. Please keep in mind that do not use Rain as a network provider.

I want this amount credited back into my account or else I will be taking this matter further. I am not ****en playing games ,I don't appreciate money being taken from my account if no OTP was sent .This is a ****** mess and I want want damn money returned to my account ,any charges that I was charged by my ****en bank needs to be returned. STOP BULL****TING PEOPLE.I WANT MY DAMN MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
