Rain's Terrible Service. The Worst I've seen.

Rain service is terrible. I have had issues with my connectivity for almost 4 months. I have made multiple calls to them without success to resolve the POOR NETWORK issue. Three times have they promised the advance technical team will contact me and send someone out. Its been 4 months without success and without any improvement.

They actually deserve a ZERO star rating. Rain, you are USELESS!
