Rain's terrible service

Rain is the worst internet service provider ever, their internet service hardly works as good as they claim it does, infect you get days where it just tells you emergency calls only, and when they are having issues they don't bother to notify their customers you will figure it out on your own, but come month end they will debit your account without fail. the rain website that we use to log calls some times take the whole day to send a simple message, and the captcha thing they use is not compatible with my laptop or any of my devices it will show you images that you need to verify but you can't even read the to of the page to see what exactly you need to verify. and if by any chance you click away from the message tab while typing a query, you have to start afresh it just loses everything you typed just like that. I have had this sim car for over 3months now, and in this time I have logged more queries than I can count and I have had 0 help, not even one query had been resolved. Rain takes 5 days to respond to a query, you would think they spend all this time investigating, not all, they will send you a message asking you for additional information so they can start an investigation, and if you see the message after 2 days, hard luck for you cause they would have closed your ticket. this sim card has been showing emergency calls only from the 18 July 2020 until now 19 July 2020. And it just does this randomly cause even during the week it just did this. I honestly wish that rain could reimburse all the money I have paid them so far and take their stupid sim. MY ***
