Rain's support sucks
Extremely poor service from Rain. I purchased a 4G sim from Rain in the beginning of July and have been struggling with internet speed. I have lodged numerous requests through the website and have not received and response..... Rain supports sucks... my rain sim no. is ***

I have been contacted by an agent by the name of France. He requested me to change the sim to another device to check what speed I am getting. The results are the same. He was suppose to call me back kindly ask him to so. thanking you.
