Rains sucks big time

We got our SIM card 2 weeks ago after applying for the R479 uncapped data package. The service is totally ****. It is slow and intermittently disconnects. We were promised a fast working wifi system. Up until now, its been more stress that anything else. You pay the upfront fee but get a **** service... My wife cant even work from home with this speed we are getting now. I have asked around and was told that Rain discriminates against areas wrt the speed you get. In Elsies you will struggle but in Welgemoed or Parow you wount. Is this the kind of service we are getting as coloured people. Is rain pulling the race or colour card with its clients? We need to get this type of behaviour changed immediately. We were promised a a fast connection, this is not happening. I need a senior who can make decisions to call me back urgently to rectify the problem. I Need my speed to be corrected as if i was living in Welgemoed or Parow, In a white area. I need this ti be seen to asap as i cannot work from home. the speed is pathetic.
