Rain’s subscription is still going up, despite the vat remaining the same ‼️⚠️🔴
I got a text from rain that due to inflation my subscription amount will go up by r20 just as I received lots of messages from other companies doing the same, but what bothers me is that now that inflation is no longer going up, rain hasn’t yet notified me that the charge is no longer going on. Why are they still putting up the cost? It’s already more expensive than other areas & I always recommend Rain to everyone, but since the vat is not going up any more ive received no further correspondence from them.

I will find out if others who are providing the same service are doing the same. Because then I’d rather switch. Thanks for your response but it provides no constructive feedback

Whether or not inflation goes up or not, they still have the right to push their subscription up, whether or not we as they’re. Livers have signed up for this. Someone please check for me how we take this further because when I ligged into my account now I was told to pay a r20 now & my monthly subscription is due tomorrow. Please advise legally.
