Rains shocking lack of sound business practice

After a trial run with this ISP I informed them that there was close to and mostly zero access to the internet which led to a request to cancel the sim. I was informed that this would take a month and I would be charged only for data used. Zero data was used but the full amount was deducted from my bank account. What a wonderful way to increase profits.....provide nothing but still charge for it. Recommend that people do not support this company and their total lack of ethics and integrity.....disgusted. Plus of course any problem with service is your fault not theirs......be warned
