Rain's service is PATHETIC!!!!

I sent this message as a ticket on Saturday 9 September 2023. It is now Thursday 14 September 2023 and I have not received any assistance from Rain.

This is absolutely getting ridiculous now and I am on the verge of canceling. Your service is atrocious and I want this sorted out NOW.

My connection is sporadic, it will connect briefly when it feels like it and then the connection drops. This has been going on for several months. This is my primary connection method and I cannot and will not accept this kind of service.

I have reset my apn settings many times. I have requested my connection be reset more than once. I have emailed your support and been totally ignored.

I do not and will not recommend this service to ANYONE at this stage. It is beyond infuriating and unacceptable and I expect this to be sorted immediately. Please escalate this to someone competent who actually know what they are doing and cares about customer service. I refuse to keep paying upfront for a service which I am not receiving.
