Rain's service is disappointing.

Rain is disappointing, had a problem with connection since I bought the Sim in March and it has been resolved even after logging multiple calls, there's no connection during the day at all, if I'm lucky I get connectivity around 20:00 but I pay full price every month, I don't get this? Then what's the speed? My internet speed is normally 0. Something and I checked coverage before I bought the Sim, so I'm paying full price price and only getting a small percentage of the service, this is not right.
