RAINS SERVICE IS BAD

After my review on Hello Peter , a call was recieved and I was promise this will be sorted , no further notices or calls was received.

I honestly think that Rain is having poor service and taking peoples money and not providing them with service.

I also have a report of 7 days where it shows every night same time no Internet

On the previous report I did receive a call - one call and explain the problem and that persona dvise it will be sorted and a technician will be send out and they will make contact with me .

I do have my phone with me and no calls was received or missed.

No calls was received.
