Rain’s Service is a Complete Disaster – Stay Away!

I cannot stress enough how frustrating and unsustainable Rain’s service has become. Their app is completely useless—it never works when you need it most. To make matters worse, when I try to call their support, I end up spending at least R100 just to get a simple payment link! This is completely unacceptable and ridiculously expensive for something that should be straightforward.

Rain, your service is terrible, unreliable, and a waste of money. If this continues, I will be forced to switch to another provider—if anyone out there knows of a better internet alternative, please reach out to me at ***. I’m beyond frustrated, and I know I’m not the only one.

Do better, Rain! Right now, you’re overcharging for incompetence, and that’s just not sustainable.
