Rain's service in my new town has been singularly disappointing for a company I recommended all over. They sold me a product that they knew did not exist here!!! The light in the tunnel has been the EXCELLENT customer care and support by support staff member Tina. She cares, is professional, and gave me all the promised feedback. I appreciate that.
