I logged a call on the 18th of December 2022, refer number ***. I was informed that my new router would be delivered before the 20th of December 2022.
No calls or delivery was received. I followed up this afternoon, 30th of December 2022 at 15h00, refer number ***, when I was informed that I would refer a call within 30 minutes.
Well as at 17h30, there has been no call or delivery.
