RAINS RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Dear Rain, I recently purchased a uncapped sim card from you, the payment has come off my account but the order has not been processed and is stuck on awaiting payment its telling me I have not made payment, I have tried to contact support but am unable to choose an option under the msisdn. Please contact me urgently and assist this is unacceptable.
