Rain's P#ss Poor Service continues

So following my previous "rant" about Rain I was "initially pleasantly surprised" Rain mailed me asking for my address so they could address my problem. Well what a joke and given Rain's **** poor service, it came as no surprise, that was the last I heard from them and the poor quality of the Rain internet service remained possibly even worse. My advice DO NOT BOTHER with Rain. I am now looking alternatives.
