Rain's poor services

I started using rain from February 2024 March they made me an upfront customer and I had to pay more then I expected okay i let that go. On the 8th of March i informed rain that i want to cancel their services come month end and i received a notification saying an agent will call me back to resolve my issue but I didnt receive a call. They are always experiencing a high volume of calls when you call their customer service. Came month end they tried to debt my account for April knowingly that i dont need their services now i am told that i wont be able to cancel their services until i make payment for April. They try to debt my account everyday now. Can they stop what they are doing and cancel as per my request. I gave them enough notice from March 08
