Rains poor service

Honestly having the worst experience, i have had this rain sim card and got the full uncapped 4G package of R479 a month, i bought one of their recommended routers which was over R1000 and now my internet barely works i cant use it for what i wanted to use it for, then when i get in contact with them they actually started ignoring my emails and facebook messages without giving me any responses or feedback and bare in mind i have only had this thing for under 2 weeks and already im getting terrible service and not what was promised.
