Rain’s poor performance.

Rain has been really poor as of late. Network is always disconnecting every 10 minutes or less. One would give a benefit of the doubt but after 2 weeks, the same problem persists as if I am using this service for free. Surely the service provider is aware of the situation but they’ve never communicated any fault that might explain the problem.
