Rain’s poor connection and rude consultants.

I have observed an issue whereby my Rain One router only works perfectly fine after the debit on the 25th and for about 10 days straight.

It will then start giving issues even when there is no outage or bad weather(which shouldn’t happen anyway).

Yesterday I DMed your X/Twitter account and the consultant(Lady) who responded to it called and hung up the call on me sent a reply on DM as if we were done with my query, and said I need to call.

She was irritated because I was asking valid questions having used Rain for 4+ years now.

I’m honestly furious and considering moving to a different Service Provider.
