It is 14:22 in the afternoon, and from now on until about 18:00 pm, Rain's excuse for a cellular network just about dies. EVERY DAY. It takes 5 - 10 MINUTES to download a 2-minute video. This is how we get **********. We pay for a service, and we can't use it.
