Rains pathetic 5G offering

I am a new customer to Rain making use if there 5G service. I understand we are in lockdown and the country is going through trying times. But have never received poor service like this in my life before. I work for an ISP and know the inner workings and how things should operate. But its absolutely pathetic. I received by 5G router a week ago and if i have had 2 fulls days of a 5G connection that is alot. I have escalated to there support and was told this is going to be escalated, after a number of emails i was told 2 to 3 days turn around time. I have since the requested feedback and it feels like i am talking to myself. I am expected to by the bill at the end of the month. The website is useless there is no escalation matrix you cant contact management. I mean really what kind of joke are you running.
