Funny story,Apparently,since my router is on my rooftop the technicians don't want to come out.🤣 Who put it there? Pathetic customer/technician care. 3 weeks without services I'm paying for. Changing networks.Cant wait to throw that thing I the trash.Cause that's warmth Rain is.TRASH!!! Below are all my references. The last consultant did not even.send me the reference number I asked for when I called them earlier today. Paying for a services not rendered. If there was a rating lower then one ,Rai you would be rated ***!!!!!!!!@
