Rain's Offering Surpasses the Many I Know

Rain internet offering has proved to be different from anything I have used until now. I am impressed by the speed of the device and have been thinking of upgrading. I have been waiting for an ISP such as Rain for a long time. If Rain would strive for good customer care and treat customers with respect they will be number one in this country in no time. The slight concern I have is that Rain should answer EVERY query customers have; even questions that seem obvious. It might appear obvious to you but not to the customer. In fact if the customer takes time to pose the question, it means the question is important to the customer
