Rain's leadership, where are you?

Round 3 Rain's SONA of big promises and no delivery carries on. The issue where they take payment for data on a mobile device without delivering the data purchased to the phone carriers on. I will no doubt be getting another promise for them to sort this out swiftly and then like government nothing will transpire. So I am calling on the office of the CEO to respond and assist. Not someone from an impotent call centre. Let's see if there's leadership in this business.
