Rain's lack of problem solving except for an AI generated system which does not work.

Rain customer service is based on AI which does not work for the more complex errors that occur. AI works for basic errors. My problem is that my two cell phones which are connected to Rain cannot make or receive calls using the Cell service. The transcript of the WhatsApp messages highlight the inability to problem solve without the AI system as they have retried the fixes that were initiated on 2026-01-30. This inability is affecting my ability to communicate with any land lined based companies and services. I started to report this matter on 2026-01-30 and to today I cannot get past their customer servers and have a discussion with anyone in a management position. It is now seven days and Rain is no closer to resolving my problem. The various "people" That I have communicated with will not supply the contact details for their Supervisors/managers.
