Rains *********** service

If only there was a zero star … staff at rain are completely ***********… they cannot read and follow simple instructions… I asked for my late dads 4G to be cancelled and they go ahead and cancel the 5G that I paid for and only used for 3 days … the 4G is still not cancelled and it does not work due to Rain claiming there is too much network traffic on the towers around me … they fail to respond to my emails and do not care about clients … I’m still awaiting a call from them regarding this issue as it’s been way over a week that I requested the 4G to be cancelled and to activate my 5G again.
