Rains horrible service

For over a month I have been waiting for rain to come and collect their faulty router and deliver a replacement. But instead I get move from pillar to post each time I call in I get a new consultant who tells me to wait and the router will be collected within 3-5 working days. I have provided them with all the details of the router, the issues experienced went through troubleshooting but to after a month this has still not happened. The worse part no one even calls you I need to keep calling and get empty promises that are not worth anything. Clearly my they dont need my business
