RAIN's horrible service

Horrible Service. I suspended my contract early in August and was given a msg that it had been successful. This turned out to be correct as my September Coverage was cancelled. However my premium still went out of my bank account. I have complained and asked for a refund 4 times now and only received 2 msgs (App and Email) that said A consultant will contact me within 24hours. To date I havent spoken to any Consultant and nothing has been resolved. This totally unacceptable.
