Rains double debit

Yesterday, the 31st of July I changed my banking details on my dashboard from my FNB to my ABSA for several reasons. Rain followed the normal procedure of taking R1 of which they claim to return but then they went on to take the R266,65 which wasn’t a problem then today on the 1st of August they deduct an additional R300. How ? Please reverse that amount in my account. You guys have been absolutely good to me all along we can’t fall short now.
