Rains disappointing connection and staff performance

I finally decided to switch to rain and after waiting hours for my sim to come on it finally did and after it came on i was utterly disappointed with the network it has been slow and with no connection at all although i live near 2 cellphone towers and still the signal is horrible i have sins called them multiple times to help resolve the issue and in one call i was left on hold for 45minutes just to have the call ended and the same response everytime i call "we will check on you're problem and resolve it" but nothing is getting resolved and this is what i pay 499rand for
