RAIN will always use an agent to leave a positive review right after a negative review is left.... within 5 minutes. Always referring to 'Great service'. Thank you Mbali and Umar for proving this, AGAIN. LOL!!!!! PLEASE SEE THEIR TACTICS AND DON'T BE FOOLED!! This company is dishonest and *******. They will take your money, even after cancellation. They will NOT honor their 7 day money back guanantee. They do not answer their customer care line. If their service is so great.... please try for yourself by calling their customer care number on ***, and see if you get a response.... you won't. Please be aware you will be paying Cell Rates and the call will cost you a fortune...... and now we wait for the next 'positive response'. This is insane. Please don't fall for this trap!!
