Rain's customer treatment

They sell their product on a no contract basis, but once you take it they make it impossible to terminate. What is even more painful is that they over promise and understand diliver.

I have been trying to part ways with them, they are ignoring me. They are deliberately giving me missed calls, I managed to pick one of then, they just played music with no one on the other side. This is a far cry from what they did when they wanted to reel me in.

Now they keep debating my account, while I am seating with an unreliable connection.
