RAIN’s Customer Service Pathetic ... DONT USE THEM AS AN ISP

Rain’s customer service is pathetic! I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now for a response from them due to internet connection problems of my 5G Router. The only way one can contact them is through email on their support page and they have been ignoring me flat!!!!!!!
