Rain's customer service needs a lot of attention.
Rain's customer service is non-existent. Trying to sort out a direct-EFT issue on my account and they are just shocking with service. One waits for 5 minutes on the phone. Then they cut you off. Or they send an email to say someone will call, and then they do not. So I am ****ed off.
