Rain's customer service is a ghost town

This organization is the worst one I have ever delt with in my life.

They have decided to set the debit order mandate for 9am on a pay day and if your debit order bounces they immediately suspend your account and should you try and get ahold of their customer service it's forsaken and no one answers the only form of communication you have is an AI Bot that promises someone will contact you.

I have been using rain for 7 years of my life and have made sure my payment always goes off when needed, also noting I never even canceled this during covid so for 7 years straight they have been taking funds from me and have been ever so happy but let me have a debit order not go off at 9am on payday they suspended my account.

******* to day the least as an invoice can only be considered over due after the payment date.

Rain fix your terrible "customer service" before you loose your long standing customers.
