Rain’s customer service has been a breath of fresh air, after a week of trying to deal with my existing fibre providers during an extended outage. The Rain website is simple and works flawlessly, allowing me to see the relevant offerings and after clicking the link to request a callback, I received a response within minutes, with a friendly voice explaining the options and assisting me with placing an order. The fact that they even gave me a discount was an added bonus. I opted to collect the router from their nearest store, and was notified by email within minutes that it was ready for collection. Simply outstanding 🙂
