Rain's Customer service and Support will make you regret using them as your ISP.

I would like to make people aware of how horrible customer service is at rain I have been having problems with my network and the connection of one of my Sim cards for almost a month now.... I requested support on more than 5 occasions and have been receiving acknowledgement emails with reference numbers for my support request but the haven't gotten back to me at all. They have a policy stating that the get back to their customers within 24 hours but here I am waiting for their call for almost a damn month now..... You are so horrible and have no respect for your own brand and policies.
