Rains Customer Care is non existent

I have sent 2 tickets to them regarding my sim card that has no internet. I get an auto response message in my email telling me someone will call me within 24 hours, it has been 3 days and still no word from them !! I have been without internet since 2 October 2020 !! If I do not get a response from them, I will be cancelling my sim card with them and finding a new internet provider !!!
