Rain's cancellation and refund

when you join Rain they paint a perfect picture on how easy and simple their cancellation process is, and that you cancel at any time, however this process is nothing short of a ****.

called to cancel my subscription in July, was assured that cancellation is done, only to find out it is not cancelled at all, and August subscription was charged without warning, due to the consultants failure to cancel my subscription, after a week of trying to phone the cancellation department, finally got my subscription canceled, now comes another challenge of trying to get my refund, I have been calling since the 10th of August to get my refund. no-one on the call center is able to give an update or answer, every single call the agent says they will escalate the matter, till this day I have no clue where my money is.

it is actually disgusting a business will use ways to intentionally make the cancellation process hard, from the app not working to the cancellation section on their website not working ( conveniently only that section is not working OUT OF THE WHOLE WEBSITE). every consultant that answered my call have a different story to tell you, its as if they are trained to lie

Sad that this can be allowed as I am not the only person to complain and experience the exact same thing, its clear the business do not care and only here to make a gain.

to anyone thinking of using Rain's products I really suggest you do your research unless you like being blatantly ****med
